02Account Registration

To open an account on ba11, you must provide accurate and truthful information. ba11 reserves the right to permanently close any account registered with false details.

  • Residential Address

Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

KYC Verification: ba11 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify user identity. Prior to your first withdrawal, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

03Age Requirement & Eligibility

The minimum age to use the ba11 platform is 18. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to register or place bets on this platform.

Minor Protection: ba11 is firmly committed to protecting minors from betting. Anyone who opens an account using a minor's information will be subject to legal action.

The following individuals are not permitted to use the ba11 platform:

  • Any individual under the age of 18
  • Individuals banned by ba11
  • Users who have voluntarily opted into Self-Exclusion
  • Residents of areas where online betting is prohibited by law

Deposit Policy

  • Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name
  • Third-party payments are not accepted
  • If your balance does not update after a deposit, contact Support immediately
  • A valid reference number is required for all deposits

Withdrawal Policy

  • KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
  • A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed
  • Ba11 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity

05Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on ba11. Violation of ba11's terms and conditions may result in account suspension.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

  • Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the match or event itself is cancelled
  • If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded
  • If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, ba11 reserves the right to void that bet
  • Placing identical bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited

Odds & Payouts

All odds on ba11 are displayed in decimal format. Winning bet payouts are calculated as: stake × odds. Winnings are credited to your balance automatically.

Payout example: You placed a bet of ৳1,000 at odds of 2.5 and won. Your return is ৳1,000 × 2.5 = ৳2,500 — meaning your profit after the original stake is ৳1,500.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Ba11 regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus being forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

  • The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
  • A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn
  • Bets placed using a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.5
  • Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited
  • Ba11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
  • If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under ba11's terms and conditions and may result in permanent account closure:

  • Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any match or event
  • Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit
  • Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes
  • Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
  • Third-Party Software: Using bots or automation to gain a betting advantage
Warning: ba11 will take legal action against anyone found engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above and will notify the relevant authorities.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Ba11 may suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
  • Providing false or incomplete information
  • Suspicious financial activity
  • Suspected use of account by a minor
  • User's own request

Any valid balance remaining before account closure will be returned subject to verification. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

09Responsible Gambling

Ba11 believes in responsible betting. We want our users to play for fun and never bet money they can't afford to lose or that is needed for everyday essentials.
